Gaming in the Library, More than just playing around.

Royce here, I am currently working on a presentation for CULS 2009. I will be talking about gaming, collection development, and staff buy-in; in a hands on environment. We use gaming at my library as a way to get teens, tweens, and kids in the library after school and to encourage them to have fun at the library. It lets them be loud, they get to run around and eat all of our snacks.

They also pick out cds, dvds, and books for us to purchase. We do this every day after school.

More to follow.
