10 a.m. - 11 a.m.: Opening session (Hemisphere Room)
What to expect today, decide on discussion topics, organize into break-out groups
11 a.m. - noon: Break out session 1
noon - 1:30 p.m.: Break out session 2 and Lunch (on your own in Aggieville)
1:30 p.m. - 2:30 p.m.: Break out session 3
2:30 - 2:45 Break
2:45 - 4 p.m.: Closing session (Hemisphere Room)
Re-group, discuss break out session results, determine next steps
What's provided:
Drinks and snacks (healthy and otherwise) courtesy of KPLACE and K-LIRT. Parking permits courtesy of NEKLS. Free wi-fi. Some laptops are available for those who can't bring their own. Flip charts and meeting supplies
What you should bring:
Great ideas, great questions, an interest in collaboration, laptop with wi-fi (if possible)
