Let's have a gadget round! Ex. one of the new tiny projectors, a Dell mini, an iPhone demo, things like that
at CiL the LSW will have LobbyCon! Use mini projectors to do their own sessions and breakouts - deviate from the dominant conference paradigm
Need more ways to share the content from other conferences with each other
this year's schedule was better than last - lightening rounds a welcome addition
Do more lightening rounds at the end/ gadget rounds
Downside - we can't go to everything! :(
